Store Policies

The Store Policies listed below are for our online store purchases and for our in-store purchases from morningdewdrops.com or Morning Dewdrops by Terri Stephens (the “Site” or “we” or “Morning Dewdrops”).

We do not replace paint or liquid items due to freezing temperatures.  Should the temperatures in your local area be below freezing, please track your packages and bring them inside as soon as possible. 

All Sales Are Final.

We do not issue refunds, exchanges, etc., so please check your cart before completing your purchase.  Warranties are not expressed or implied. 

Shipping Charges

Morning Dewdrops is only able to currently ship products within the continental United States.

We only offer free shipping for orders $75 or more on Morning Dewdrops products, JRV Beauty, JRV Decoupage Papers, Stencils and Brushes and Artisan Enhancements Brushes -ONLY.

We do not offer free shipping on DIY Paint Brand products or Artisan Enhancements Brand products - Except for Artisan Enhancements Brushes.

Items Shipped

We always do our best to fulfil orders quickly.  Orders usually ship within 2-4 business days.  Morning Dewdrops handmade items may take up to ten (10) business days to ship.  Shipping delays may occur due to sales or during our busy season, so please check the item picture for shipping details.  In addition, shipping delays may occur with the shipping carrier or due to inclement weather.  Please contact us at terri@morningdewdrops.com for any questions you may have concerning shipping.

Damaged Items

Damages to items must be reported within 24 hours of the package being delivered as indicated from the tracking information on UPS’ or USPS’ website.  After 24 hours, please contact the shipping carrier because we cannot refund or replace items after such time. We will reship the damaged item, if available, or process a refund if the damaged item was reported within 24 hoursYou must send an image of the damaged item and packaging along with your address and Order Number to terri@morningdewdrops.com in order for us to verify the damage.  In addition, you must keep the packaging and damaged item, so the carrier can pick up the item and process the claim. 

We cannot verify the damage without images of the damaged item and packaging. Please contact the shipping carrier if you cannot provide this information as stated above.

We do not provide these tops or answer these questions pertaining to any other brands of paint topcoats, sealers, waxes or other finishing products.
